If you have another iPhone or iPad available, you can restore iPhone from icloud backup on that device. Then, you can selectively transfer the data you need from the restored device to your primary iPhone.
Steps:
- Erase the "spare" iPhone/iPad (Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone/iPad > Erase All Content and Settings).
- During the setup process, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" and select the backup you want to use.
- Once the restore is complete on the spare device, use methods like:
- iCloud Drive/Files App: For documents and files.
- AirDrop: For photos, videos, contacts, and other compatible file types.
- Email/Messaging: For notes, small documents, or snippets of text.
- Third-Party Apps (if applicable): Some apps allow you to export data and import it into the same app on another device.
- Transfer the selected data to your primary iPhone.
