Can I pin this emoji to desktop?
love using the emoji and kaomoji on this panel, i was wondering if it was possible to pin this to the desktop? so i can use it all the time without having to do the shortcut every time?

While these methods are not a true "pinning" of emojis directly to the desktop, they can help you access your favorite symbols more efficiently without repeated copying.
Win + . is one shortcut then click what you need directly in any application
Create a new text file on your desktop, paste the Emoji and rename it to 😊.txt to fix the display.
