Camera is not working in Windows
Try all the step
and also, Microsoft trouble shoot team connected with me
They tried several things but same issue came again and again.

- Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera. Make sure camera access is enabled for your apps.
- Open Device Manager (right-click on Start and select Device Manager).
Expand the Imaging devices section.

Restart your computer, enter BIOS/UEFI (commonly accessed by pressing F2, Delete, or Esc during startup), and check to ensure the camera is enabled.
