Camera is not operational and hello facial tools is not ok.

Does your Camera support Windows Hello?
Did you face the same issue in the previous build too?
Are you seeing any error message?

        Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
        Check your device's manufacturer website and download and install the latest drivers if any.
        Have a look at:
