This is the software which has been downloaden in juli and now seems to expires. Would you still recommand to deleted the current software and download it again?

No
If there is no newer version, do not download.
But Clean Install is recommended because it removes the expiring version.
Then it deletes all personal files formats the disk and reinstalls Windows already without the Insider program - again you need to register the computerDeleted
