Microsoft oficially announced that they working on the fix for a d3d9.dll crash which is causing multiple apps to fail to launch starting with Build 27802 for some Insiders.

Attempting to update Armoury Crate on my ROG results in error 601. Attempting to uninstall with the uninstaller results in an interrupted process. Attempting to reinstall Armoury Crate also results in an interrupted process. Problems of this kind did not occur on previous Canary builds.
