Build 23570.ni_prerelease.231013-1312 Causes Starfield to crash

Question

I traced this issue to the latest update, since updating drivers and repairing files had no effect. Reinstalling the game also failed to fix the issue. After reverting to the previous version, everything worked as expected without any issues. The logs indicated a GPU_CRASH, but I could not extract any data from the file and I could not find any .dmp files.

I changed to canary and the issue is fixed
