Build 20170 upgrade stuck at 2%

Build 20170 upgrade stuck at 2%, Windows Home. I tried the WuReset.bat twice and still stuck.

    Hello Manny Alonzo,

     

    Please run Windows Update troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Let us know what it reports back.
