Build 17063 - Can't connect to network.

I installed build 17063 on two test machines - Dell Latitude E7470 and a OptiPlex 3020 and can't connect to our school network.  I tried reformatting the Latitude E7470 and got the same result.  The Latitude E7470 has an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 adapter & Intel Ethernet Connection l219-LM adapter.
