Wonder if a future Windows Update will have defender scan all URLs especially if they open something in windows. HMMM- There is more info here,

looks like it's a pretty new bug and Microsoft is aware, but don't think it's something that Windows Defender should block, but rather something in Windows itself needs to change.
- There is no bluescreen, "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED"
it points to nowhere- Um, this is a really bad bluescreen and you just have to look it up to know. You have to paste it to browser and press enter. Just odn;t press enter.
