UPDATE : reinstall windows 11 works to solve the problem.
Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

Thank you for your feedback, I just tried the manipulation and a clean boot launch and I have the same problem that persists.
- In this case make sure file a report in the Feedback Hub app.
Open start and search for command prompt or cmd and right click and run it as administrator and then type the following command:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and let it runs.- Yes, I report this issu in the Feedback hup app.
After the scan : Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.- Glad you report the issue, hopefully the Windows team will investigate and attempt to resolve it.
Are you observing the same behavior in the Safe Mode too?
