Browser Tab HomePage Options

Dear Windows Insider Community

Since installing Win10 from the beginning, I have an issue with the limitation option controlling how opening a tab in the  Win10 browser 'Edge'.

I have been wanting that when I open it, that my preferred page opens, particularly my home page of my choice.

Opening the browser is not a problem, but opening a tab within it is.

Is there an option to change such settings?
