Bring back ability to "ungroup" tiles

In previous versions you could ungroup tiles on the taskbar. for example, if you had 4 Browser Windows open, you could have 4 tiles for your Internet Browser. If you had 4 Explorer Windows open, there would be 4 file folder icons in the taskbar, etc. Bring this back!
