I have just faced the same exact problem a few minutes earlier andstill have it....i tried reinstalling the graphics drivers but no use, and my built is 25921.rs_prerelease.230728-1521

bro, i have problem like you, but my windows build is 25926, i tried disable driver till uninstall and reinstall again, but there's not any change, looks like from driver or windows system which corrupt while installed
