I have the dev version, switching to preview. The brightness issue has been solved in the dev version and I guess the preview will be ok.

The dev channel 23xxx is ok, only canary channel 25xxx causes this issue.

I have a temporary solution.

 

First, disable the display adapter.

 

Then, enable it.

 

Now the brightness issue is disappeared.

      Hi guys, I suggest sleep your laptop instead of shutting down.
      So you needn't repeat doing "to disable then enable to enable" every day.
      Let's wait until Microsoft solve this problem.
