Brightness not working after latest update

The files have been removed to take you back to the previous version of windows.
- I wish somebody from Microsoft would acknowledge this discussion. It feels like they don’t care about a bug that is not merely a missing feature, but a debilitating issue.
- In my device manager, display and monitor devices are working properly, so I don't think it is a hardware driver issue. The night mode did get some effects on the brightness control of the monitor, so I think it could be a windows issue.
Many people have confirmed it is Windows not drivers. Rolling back or updating drivers does not fix.
