Boot problems with 17101, PC shut down after some inactivity, Feedback Hub does not open

I updated today to 17101 and the problem with booting is probably worse that in 17093. Also, after some inactivity, the PC shuts down by itself. And to add insult to injury, Feedback Hub does not open.
