Bluetooth stopped working with Evaluation copy. Build 22509.re_prerelease.211119-1136

It doesn't show in my task bar, it doesn't show in my devices, basically my computer no longer 'sees' my bluetooth adaptor.

(if it's of any help, I have 2 usb3.1 devices that say they're not working because of a registry error )
