Bluetooth speaker not visible in audio output
I have a problem with playing audio through my JBL Flip 6. It is visible as connected in Bluetooth devices, but it is not shown in audio output thus it cannot be selected as an output. In "Sound" (after opening "More sound settings") the speaker is greyed out with text "Disconnected". Troubleshooting returned an error code 0x8000FFFF. The speaker works fine with other PC.
I contacted Microsoft support, reinstalled audio driver and reinstalled Windows with keeping my apps and files. The next step proposed was reinstalling Windows without keeping apps, but I prefer not to do it. Microsoft support suggested consulting with Windows Insider team.
Also, I don't know if this is connected somehow, but in Windows Insider Program settings I have "Check Windows Update for a newer and more secure build". However, there's no new update available.

Power On: Ensure that the Bluetooth speaker is powered on.
Pairing Mode: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode. Usually, this involves holding down the Bluetooth button until you see a blinking light.
2. Remove Conflicts
Disconnect Other Devices: If the speaker has been connected to other devices, disconnect them to prevent interference.
Forget Other Bluetooth Devices: On your device, remove any other Bluetooth devices that may cause conflicts.
3. Check Device Settings
Bluetooth Settings: Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled. Look for the speaker in the list of devices. If it appears, try to connect to it.
Audio Output Settings: Ensure your audio output settings are configured correctly. Depending on your operating system, this may be in the sound settings or control panel.
4. Restart Devices
Restart the Speaker: Turn off the Bluetooth speaker for a few seconds and then turn it back on.
Restart Your Device: Restart the device (laptop, phone, tablet) you’re trying to connect to the speaker.- adrianpaluch03Copper Contributor
