Bluetooth Hands Free AG and stereo connection issue

I am having issues when pairing a stereo head phones to PC via bluetooth, it reads as audio and as soon as it is done pairing, it changes to connected voice.  Checked the sound settings and see that the head phones is a hands free 2G Audio.  The stereo profile is visible but is shown as disconnected.  Attempt to connect.  Will not connect.  Tried Media Creation to 22H2 upload, unsuccessful.  Makes matter worse, tried to add another head phones.  It worked for a day where I was able to connect to stereo, but that lasted less than a day and did the same thing as the 1st head phones I had paired.   I just done all I can and reading other threads regarding this very subject.   I am not sure why Microsoft thought it was a good idea to go with hands free AG Audio after connecting via blue tooth, but I have exhausted about everything I could think of with zero results to include chatting with Microsoft and Level 2 tech support, Also zero results.  If anybody could reply, I can provide details of what I have done so far that didn't work.  My thoughts is something is not allowing the stereo connection to connect and it defaults to hands free 2G Audio.  Thank you.
