Blank Screen on Logon after restart Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22000.65

I had some issues with Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22000.65 on a Dell Laptop. After first setup managed to get onto the desktop but then did a restart. After the restart I got a black screen which should have been the lockscreen. 

I managed to get into Safe Mode and found that Intel Wireless Driver was the issue.

I have found that Driver Version 21.110.2.1 or Earlier will cause this issue but if you uninstall the driver it works. If you go to intel website and find the latest Intel Wireless Driver version which is 22.50.0, it fixes the blank screen on the lockscreen.

Note this only works for the following Intel Wireless models AX210, AX201, AX200, 9560, 9462, 9461, 9260, 8260, 18260, 8265, 18265
