Blank screen after last two Insider beta updates (1028 and 1037)
After the update, Ctrl-Alt-Del can be used to get to task manager and from there the old control panel to run nearly all programs (not the Feedback Hub) and browse files.
Explorer.exe will not run (except by file browsing via the control panel). Booting in safe mode shows that explorer.exe is being detected (not sure by what) as having a stack overflow issue and the system will not run it. Rolling back the update (to 1020) has been the only fix so far.
Running SFC and DISM has no effect.
Anyone else having the same problem?

- Have you filed a report via Feedback Hub?
To be honest I don't have enough information anymore for it to be a useful feedback. I no longer use Explorer Patcher (as MS have fixed all but three issues that made me use it in the first place) and I'm not going to remake the issue as it was a pain. I will go and check to see if there is another feedback I can add my info to.
As an update - I believe this was the Explorer Patcher mod not working with Insider versions of W11.
