Black screen after restarting following a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade

My system is configured with a 9070XT and 9700RT. After upgrading to Windows 11 and restarting, the screen went black, but I can hear a beep when I click the left mouse button. If I hold down the power button to force a shutdown and then restart, the system boots normally, but I get a message saying the Windows 11 update failed. Should I wait overnight to see if it resolves itself, or is there a problem?
