Bios question

I need change in bios the settings of virtualization to enable. but when i click f10 button' not happen. so i can't accept the change, AND THE SETTINGS STILL ON disable mode. please help!!

    As your computer restarts, press the appropriate key to enter the BIOS/UEFI setup. This key varies by manufacturer, but it's commonly Esc, Del, F1, F2, or F10. Look for any on-screen prompts that tell you which key to press.
