Beta version grayed out
im currently on the dev channel of the windows insider program and i want to go back to the beta version but the beta version is grayed out i dont know how to fix this please help me

Download the latest Windows 10/11 ISO and perform an in-place upgrade to reset Insider settings to a stable build, then re-enroll into the Insider Program and select Beta.
Ensure that the device meets the hardware requirements and then register as an Insider member before Beta is activated.
