Best build of Windows 11 Insider

Hello all.

I have one HP 250 G7 laptop SSD 1 GB/16 GB RAM and last year I receive an invitaion to enter in this test program official, via Windows Update.

So, I gave ok for this update from windows 10 to 11 insider. Of course the laptop It moves a little slower now, has more lag, and some programs, like Adobe for example, respond slowly, and have difficulty loading documents. From these reasons I tested few versions of build update and return in the present to build 26100.1. This is the most stable version, load only 20% from RAM (optimized) but have sometimes a delayed response to commands, and a week ago during an internet speed test it simply restarted itself because it couldn't handle the data volume at 400 Mb/s.

Which more stable versions of Windows 11 do you use, on what hardware configurations and which ones don't strain system resources?
