Sounds like Windows isn't tracking battery usage properly on your laptop. Since you’ve mostly kept it plugged in, Windows might not be registering battery drain events. But since another laptop with the same version works fine, here are a few things to try:
- Restart your laptop – Sounds basic, but it might refresh the tracking.
- Unplug and use battery for a while – Let it discharge a bit, then check again.
- Check Battery Saver mode – If it’s on, turn it off and see if the stats update.
- Run a power troubleshooter – Go to Settings > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Power.
- Update or reinstall your battery drivers – Open Device Manager, find Batteries, right-click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, and update or uninstall/reinstall it.
If none of that helps, it could be a bug. You might want to check for Windows updates or wait for a fix.
