Bar at top of screen Windows Canary/later 11/12

How do I enable the bar at the top of the screen in Windows Canary? do you have ViVe ID's?

    Thanks for sharing, not really sure what thee is refrencing to as "bar on the top" of screen?

    Do you mean voice access, taskbar?

      It was something I'd read in news articles online, that there are some other UI elements on the desktop that will be apparent at some point. I was wondering how to enable those, but I'm not sure they were included at this point.
