Bad system config info

So i just woke up and i saw my computer with green screen and it says my Windows insider build ran into a problem and it say that BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO. I have tried to restart the computer multiple time but it didnt work i also tried to uninstall latest quality update and feature but it say that it ran into a problem i have even tried to reset the computer but it also says there's problem. Can anyone help me, what do i do.

    have you had any solutions?? the is exact problem is happening to me and I have no idea what to do. any info would help!

    Please see this article, if it does not help it will be necessary to reinstall Windows via USB stick.
