Backup On External Hard Disk Not Possible on Windows 11 BETA

I'm trying to do the Backup on my Ext. Hard Disk but only OneDrive options is available!

This is the answer of Microsoft on my Feedback:
Hi there. Please note that on W11 builds, local backup options have been removed from the settings app. We highly recommend exploring OneDrive as a option for all your backup needs. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/online-cloud-storage
