Backup On External Hard Disk Not Possible on Windows 11 BETA
I'm trying to do the Backup on my Ext. Hard Disk but only OneDrive options is available!

That sound awful.
I did read article a while back Microsoft is thinking of making users back their whole system to cloud service where they will manage all updates in the future and allow you to access your files.
What it entailed is your future cpu will come with the basic operating system on one side of the chipset which is inaccessible to users and the other side is like a firmware for updating a type of hybrid cpu chipset then you have to add feature from Microsoft cloud system including back up and recovery tool that will only allow users to back up to cloud server only.
Good for those tech savvy companies bad for end users who need a copy of their back up on external drive in case of problems and do not have access to internet.
But try this go to the search box and type in Backup and recovery tool see what the return result is.
i am ensure you do have that old feature available in Windows 11 it just may not be in the back up in the settings.
