Automatically hiding taskbar won't come up

Question

I just got a new laptop with windows 11 home and sometimes the automatically hiding taskbar won't come up again. I've noticed that when this happens a small white line is present on the underside of the screen. Anyone know how to fix this?&nbsp; Thanks in advance!
