Audio problem with update KB5006746

Hello,

I got the update KB5006746 on my computer (Lenovo Yoga Slim 7) since October 16th.

Unfortunately, it came with a big disturbing audio problem: everytime I start a call on Skype, the sound of my computer become really bad when I try to listen to music, go on Youtube etc... I can't find the origin of the problem...

Can anybody help me please? Thanks!
