audio not working..
i am using win 11 24h2 after updating i cant use audio. like literally i cant hear a thing trouble shooter could not do nothing need help :( i am on windows 11 home insider preview single language evaluation copy. build 27788. rs_prerealease.250131-1690
Had the same trouble with my Dad's PC. Only Rollback solved the problem. Neither Driver updates or reinstallaton could solve the problem. Tried 3 different Devices for Sound playback and none of them would work (Internal chip, HDMI Sound, bluetooth Speaker)
The only thing to do is recover to the last installed Insider Update when the sound was working in my case. Everything in my computer was the same in device admin, before and after the update. Waiting for the better Insider update.
Go to your computer manufacturer's website (Dell, HP, ASUS, etc.) and search for drivers for your specific computer model (or motherboard, if you built the PC) and Windows 11 (usually, even if they don't list the exact Insider build, a recent Windows 11 driver should work).
It's not driver related.
i have the same issue, but when you try to watch a youtube video it just keep frozen or it normally play but without sound?
