audio issues with oneplus bluetooth earphone

while using oneplus wireless z bass edition bluetooth earphone with windows 11 it makes some crackling sound for every 10 seconds and this issue only occurs in windows 11. please anybody provide me ...

Are you facing this issue with other Bluetooth devices?
Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
Try update your Bluetooth driver
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
