Are you able to open WhatsApp web?
Does it display any error message?
I advise you to report this issue using the Feedback Hub app and as workaround use WhatsApp web.

yes, whatsapp web is working properly but application won't work.

  May be the app version is not supported, you should check this with WhatsApp support.
  In case you are using Microsoft Edge, you may visit WhatsApp website and login and then install it as app.
