Apple music mp3 download on a Windows PC?

I've got an Apple Music subscription and there are a few playlists I'd really like to have as actual MP3 files on my Windows PC (not just offline in the app). Is this even possible, or am I totally o...

1. Record the Audio Playback:  
You can use audio recording software to record the playback of Apple Music tracks as they play on your computer.
This method is legal if you’re capturing for personal use, but it results in lossy quality and is somewhat cumbersome.

2. Use Apple Music's Download Feature:  
To download Apple music MP3. You can download songs for offline listening within the Apple Music app, but these files remain encrypted and are not accessible as MP3 files outside the app.
