Any way to turn off this the drag tray from file explorer?

Need some help to disable the drag tray or this "Drag here to share" popup.

Uncheck the Drag & Drop option in File Explorer's View → Options to close the.

I don't see the option "option" under file explorer's view. Could you please explain more?
