About AI image to video generator free, the Snipping Tool can record videos, but there's a critical distinction you need to understand:

  1. Open the Photos app and display your images one by one
  2. Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool
  3. Click the camcorder icon to switch to video recording mode
  4. Select the area of your screen you want to record
  5. Click Start and manually click through your images
  6. Click Stop when finished
  7. The video saves as an MP4 file

 

Screen Recording: The Snipping Tool can record your screen activity . This means if you manually create a slideshow or animation in another program, you can record it. But the Snipping Tool itself doesn't generate the motion.

GIF Export: You can export short recordings as animated GIFs (up to 30 seconds) . Again, this is exporting a recording—not generating motion from a still image.

Clipchamp Integration: You can send recordings to Clipchamp for further editing . But Clipchamp is the video editor, not the Snipping Tool.
