Robertoen Download and install HEIC Image Extension from Microsoft Store. It is an app developed and maintained by Microsoft.

 

The main function of the HEIF Image Extension is to enable Windows devices to open and view images saved in the HEIF & HEIC file format. HEIF is a modern image format that offers better compression and image quality compared to older formats like JPEG. This extension allows you to view HEIF images, including those with the HEIC variant used by iPhones and some other devices, directly within the Windows Photos app and other compatible applications on your computer. After that, the Photos app can be used as a free HEIC to PDF converter  on Windows 11 or Windows 10 when the HEIC images are opened in the app.
