When learning how to transfer pictures from iPhone to PC, always unlock your iPhone before plugging it into your PC, when the "Trust This Computer" prompt appears on your iPhone, tap Trust and enter your passcode. If the prompt doesn't appear, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy, then reconnect.
