Anyone else permanently getting error 0xc1900101 at 20 % of installing this build?

A few reports are emerging on that particular error.
Did you run setupdiag to see what is causing the error?
If you didn't already, report this at Feedback Hub.
Copy the setuperr.log from C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther to help pin down the issue when logging the Feedback
