it's working in this build, I can get Outlook notifications when Edge stable v88 is closed ^^
p.s yesterday I installed this build using Windows update over my previous Dev build, and then did a reset using cloud download.

HotCakeX Hello. It works, too. earned immediately after the upgrade from the previous build. then I also made a recovery through the cloud for verification. everything went well and the notifications worked.
