I'm trying to download it. I keep getting an error 0x80242016 when installing 18951, it fails after booting to BIOS. Any suggestions?

    simply choose your build and language, then select download via Aria 2 downloader. it downloads all files from Microsoft servers and they are official. no 3rd party.
