Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18965
Hello Windows Insiders, today we’re releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18965 (20H1) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. Read the full Windows blog article
So everything said in the blog post that's supposed to be new in build 18965 has already been available for me since build 18963. The Feedback hub updates and App restart after sign in feature, I received them in the previous Windows 10 Insider update.
