Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18323

Hey guys - Windows looks great now. And until the last two builds I never really had any issues with performance or usability. Sadly with this build - like the last one - most the time I can't launch programs. If you whatch Task Manager, it simply suspends programs as soon as you launch them. I use Insider builds for every day use (despite the view of some that you shouldn't) as this is the only way to really test the OS out - by using it for everyday computing. However this is the first build since the very first Preview years ago that is actually unusable to me - since most of the time I can't launch programs the system is useless.
