Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17755

Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17755 (RS5) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring."

My computer reaches 30% of the installation on this and then restarts and then my computer undoes the changes made to this update. Its the only Insider Build I have had trouble with. Tried at least 6 times and its the same thing.
