Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17110 for Fast

Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17110 (RS4) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring.

This also installed very nicely and quite fast for me at around one ( 1 ) hour.
This is very much appreciated after I experienced some difficulty with build 17093 not being installed at all and getting to approximately 75 % during the "working on updates" stage and then shutting down my PC and upon power up it tried to recover but did not and re-installed 19083. Do not know why this happened and it was quite surprising. I do not believe it is my PC as it installed the latest builds quite nicely.
