This update just crashed my dell XPS12 pc, now it is stuck at the dell bios, doing a restart loop every second. Thanks! how can i troubleshoot if i can't even get to the "windows failed to start" screen. Just keeps looping, and looping and looping. Luckily i have ubuntu on usb and could retrieve important files, but i'm not the only one. is there anything i can copy to MS to figure out the issue, I've read at least 1 other dell user having similar trouble with this 'update'

I have the same problem too have you fixed it?
You can boot onto an installation usb go to repair at the bottom to access the recovery environment then open cmd from there so you can mess around with the file system
