Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17083 for PC

It did not fix the problem with Mic and Webcam "they stop to work" after install build 17074

I just installed the latest of the build on my Surface Pro 4 and I am getting visual bleeding to the point that I cannot use my Surface.  Has anyone else experienced this?
